All products are shipped from Croatia, ensuring there are no additional customs charges within the European Union. Delivery times:
- Croatia (mainland): Delivery takes 3–5 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Islands and remote areas: Delivery may take 5–7 business days.
- EU countries: Delivery takes 7–10 business days.
Complaints and returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact us via email at info@queenstouch.hr and provide your order number. After confirmation, please send the product back to our address (return shipping costs are borne by the customer). Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.
Refund
If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your card or original method of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
Complaints
If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and include photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Non-returnable products
For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
