If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n
How to request a return
Contact us via email at info@queenstouch.hr and provide your order number. After confirmation, please send the product back to our address (return shipping costs are borne by the customer). Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.<\/p>\n
